The Importance of Self-Confidence in Achieving Goals

It is based on how confident you are that you can do something, not how good you are at doing it.
Why Does Self-Confidence Matter?

When one’s confidence is low, the reverse is true. People who lack confidence are less inclined to attempt new activities or make new friends. They may be less likely to attempt it again if they fail the first time. People might be held back from realizing their full potential due to a lack of confidence.
